Three Needs - Ten Steps

"A revival of true godliness among us is the greatest and most urgent of all our needs. To seek this should be our first work." But "a revival need be expected only in answer to prayer." LDE 189. Also, "There is great necessity for a reformation among the people of God." 3T 474. Therefore, "A revival and reformation must take place under the ministration of the Holy Spirit." LDE 189.

Both personal and corporate revival and reformation are essential for God's remnant church to "arise and shine", Isa 60:1; Da 12:3; Mt 5:16. "Those who wait for the Bridegroom's coming are to say to the people, 'Behold your God.' The last rays of merciful light, the last message of mercy to be given to the world, is a revelation of His character of love." COL 415. "Then He will come." COL 69.

This handbook contains the "last rays of merciful light, the last message of mercy to be given to the world", COL 415, in a comprehensive and detailed way. It is divided into three sections, covering the three needs of Jesus' end-time followers: I. Prayer, II. Revival, III. Reformation, in ten steps.
